Your body doesn't fail. It adapts. And it remembers every step of the way - every injury, every compensation, every pattern it built to keep you moving when something wasn't quite right. It has been doing that for years, quietly, without you ever needing to ask it to.
The problem is not that it failed. It is that nobody has ever looked at what it was working around.
Pain is not the problem. It is the last resort. By the time something starts hurting, the body has usually been compensating for a long time - shifting load, changing patterns, protecting something that needed protecting. Pain is what happens when it finally runs out of options.
Most people never get to hear what their body has actually been saying. They get treated at the point of pain, things ease, and eventually the same thing comes back - because the pattern that was driving it was never found.
That is what I look for. The start of the chain. The moment the body first started adapting - and why.
Because when you find that, everything else finally makes sense.
